What insurance do you take?

In order to best serve you, we have discontinued the insurance billing model. However, many of our patients opt to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers for our services. We are happy to help in this process by providing itemized receipts, claim forms, and guidance for reimbursement submissions.

How will I know if my insurance will reimburse for your services?

We always advise that patients contact their insurance provider with any questions regarding reimbursement, as different plans and providers have different policies. Our office can provide you with Dr. Henson’s NPI number, as well as the practice’s TIN, any relevant procedure and diagnosis codes, and a billing estimate to help your insurance provider determine coverage.

What do you charge?

Dr. Henson bills office visits based on time. You can find our current billing schedule here. We can provide estimates for all other services ahead of time, so please feel free to request an estimate prior to scheduling a service or procedure.

Do you accept HSA/FSA dollars?

Yes! These accounts can be used to pay for visits, IV therapy, lab testing, supplements, medications, and other procedures and services.

Can Dr. Henson be my primary care provider?

Yes, in Oregon, naturopathic doctors can serve as primary care providers. She is also happy to work alongside MD’s and DO’s to coordinate an integrative approach to care.
